Non-GMO & Heirloom.  Buttercrunch Head Lettuce a home-gardening favorite.  The heads are compact, coming in around 4-5 inches, the heads have dark green leaves with yellow-white hearts. The perfect size for use in salads and add vibrant color, flavor and texture to salads too. The leaves have a wonderfully mild, buttery, non-bitter taste. Heat tolerant and slow to bolt, Buttercrunch is a favorite in spring gardens, but grows well in fall too. 65 Days to harvest.
