The Serrano pepper has a Scoville unit ranging from 10,000-25,000 SHU. The Serrano peppers flavor is hot but sweet.  Produces peppers 3- 4 inches long  with a medium thick wall. The Serrano will mature from a deep green to a stunning red color and can be eaten at any stage of growth.
