Arugula  is known as “rocket” or “roquette,” Arugula is a fast-growing, cool-season leafy green that provides a tangy, mustard-like fabulously peppery flavor to salads. A very attractive lush green arugula with serrated leaves making it a great addition to salads and sandwiches. Arugula is often found in mesclan mixes and is a member of the mustard family (Brassicaceae), it’s a relative of other common garden plants such as cabbage, broccoli, and kale.
