Squash, Yellow Summer Crookneck

Yellow Crookneck summer squash is a heavy producer. Squash will be ready to harvest in  as early as 55 days. Can be harvested every few days.

Harvest yellow squash when 4-8 inches long. If you are harvesting squash for the blossoms, harvest in the morning. This quash variety is a very quick-cooking squash with a mild sweet buttery flavor.  Can be sliced, diced, spiralized and put into a stir fry as well.
